The weather was splendid, we had a great stay for our second visit, the staff was extremely helpful and excellent, everything was fantastic.

I booked this modern hotel for holiday, had a really good stay, its location was marvellous opposite the main “ village ” area. The pool was lovely and I had carbonated drinks in the main bar.

Facilities were great, nonetheless Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The location here was fantastic and very convenient, open from 07:00 to 23:00. We enjoyed a spacious bedroom, and the bathroom was really nice too, complete with a shower, hair dryer, and bath sheets. 😊.

Friendly efficient staff. Excellent breakfast. Good restaurant and bar facilities. Lovely swimming pools. Just what we were looking for as a base for holiday in Western Crete.

Facilities could be improved by providing hairdryer in room and fixed shower hook in bathroom.

The staff personally escorted us to our room and were very helpful! We liked the large sized rooms and super shower (no water on floor). The pools and areas are lovely. The location away from the mayhem of the Platanias area is appreciated as is its closeness to Chania Town and to the beach.

More traditional food as part of breakfast buffet. Make pool towells available to guests.

The staff here were amazing, made us laugh, wake up service and ironing were complimentary, and we enjoyed the exceptional service and variety of food available.

We were impressed by the staff's friendliness, particularly that of Ebbie in reception and that of the maitre'd.

The gardens/grounds were lovely and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Well-located. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Price was reasonable.

I really appreciated the modern design of the building and the spacious, clean room with fresh towels. it was a great stay during my holiday! 😄.

The service here is exceptional, the pool is good, and the room is huge and spotless with fresh towels and shower.

The hotel had great facilities, including multiple pools and a gym. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious with a variety of options. The location was convenient, with easy access to the restaurant and many daily activities.

Great food and friendly staff. The hotel's location is scenic, with a stunning view of the pool area. Additionally, the restaurant offered delicious daily soups and a variety of vegan options for my partner.

The hotel's facilities were not up to standard. Our room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle and the noise level from entertainment was high making it tough to sleep at times. Additionally, the hotel's location was remote, with limited connections to other attractions. our Christmas stay was average.

Helpful staff, immediate problem-solving, great animation team, variety of activities, uncrowded pools, different daily food options.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had an amazing time at this place! The hotel is located in a beautiful garden environment, with three lovely beaches within easy walking distance. The hotel also offers a car hire service, making it convenient to explore the nearby shops and commercial services. Our room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a balcony. The staff here couldn't do enough for us, especially the restaurant manager who made sure my partner, who is vegan, had plenty of delicious options to choose from. the service was exceptional and we felt truly spoiled during our stay.
